As with all aspects of the service, the client has complete control via a secure web control panel. IT administrators are able to modify each report with specific parameters, including dates, groups of domains, mail direction and exclusion/inclusion of certain fields. It is also possible to order the data by certain field types as well as differentiating between directional message flows and creating comparative reports for specific domains. Reports can be saved as ‘favourites ’ to be run at a later date without having to re-create definitions – which also ensures consistency for future reports.
Scheduled reports can be triggered on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and multiple reports can be delivered in a single PDF attachment via email to the selected recipients.
