All email traffic is routed via Email Systems' data centres and scanned prior to delivery to the customer's or ISP's mail server(s).

We systematically virus-check every email attachment passing through our screening system with three virus engines and additional heuristic scanning algorithms (these block viruses that may not have been identified by mainstream sources). Image control
Images, whether attached or embedded, can be scanned by our world leading technology. Undesirable content is quarantined.

SPAM filtering

The hosted service approach enables unique filtering techniques to be used ensuring accuracy and reliability, resulting in significant cost savings compared with internally managed solutions.

All blocked SPAM messages are recorded and can be viewed, deleted or released on-line.

End user access
Access can be granted to end users, selectively to enable viewing of spam messages and releasing. A spam report can also be emailed automatically to users each day to give them a quick reference list of the emails that have been blocked to their account.

Content Management
Any specific email content sent to either an individual or company can be deleted, quarantined or redirected. Alerts can be generated to administrators, recipients or senders. Mail over a certain size can be held back for perusal and then released as required bandwidth.
