• Print smallest job (in byte-size) first – This feature looks at all pending jobs on that printer and prints them in increasing order of size/memory. This is a useful feature for a busy printer (with no pause settings) as it prioritises jobs that print quickly, therefore minimising the disruption to most users which is caused by printing large and time consuming documents.
• New client code search functionality – When searching for a client code in PPopup this now has ‘search as you type’ ability, rather than waiting for you to press Return/Enter, making it quicker and easier for users to enter client codes.

• The ability to centre Popup to the screen when it loads – PPopup always loads centred to the user’s screen.

• Pull queue port address of 0.0.0.0 and auto–pause feature – If a pull queue has been created using a standard queue rather that a local port (as recommend) then the address can be changed to 0.0.0.0 rather than the address of the printer. The result of this is that if a user tried to release the job directly from the pull queue (rather than releasing in the intended way) the job will re-pause itself.

• PPopup - If only one client code association is in the list for an end user and "client code only from list" is selected, then PPopup will automatically apply the client code to each print job without prompting the user.
