Discounts

For one-off orders we can offer 10% discount for resale on software, however if you are able to include our solutions within your product portfolio and actively promote the solutions, we will be happy to discuss higher discounts.

Maintenance / Subscriptions

Subsequent years' maintenance fees and subscriptions will be invoiced automatically in the month prior to the expiry of the current maintenance period. Customers may elect not to renew maintenance and subscriptions by providing at least 30 days notice in writing to Altman Technologies.

Our standard policy is to deal directly with the end user for maintenance renewal - however if you wish to deal with this yourselves please email info@altman.co.uk.

Placing an order

We require one purchase order per customer with an appropriately completed order form per product. End user pricing should be shown, together with your agreed discount. Where insufficient information is provided on the order form to enable us to fulfil the order, the Administration & Licensing team may need to contact the end user directly for specific licensing information. End user contact details are required in order for us to be able to support them with any technical queries.

Software and licence registration details are generally provided electronically direct to the end user following receipt of order. If you require software and licence registration details to come direct to you, this must be agreed at the point of order and must be stated clearly on the order form.

Returns Policy
