- Cash Value Loaders: a range of value loading options are available providing automatic secure collection of cash and allocation of print credit to user accounts in real-time, with back-end financial audit trails and cash reconciliation reporting. Options include coins, notes, chip & PIN, receipt printers, DDA compliant features and multiple ID card support.
- E-Payment Systems: we provide secure credit/debit card payment facilities for real-time Pcounter account balance updates, via a hosted, managed ASP solution.
- Browser-based account deposit facility for non-IT staff.
CASH VALUE LOADERS
Wall or floor mounted value loaders and kiosks are available that enable automated, self-service purchase of print credit. Users enter their network login details or use an ID card to authenticate to the device and deposit cash which is added to their Pcounter print credit balance on the network, in real-time. All transactions are logged for auditing and control purposes.
ICS Touch Screen Kiosk
The Touch Screen Kiosk provides users with the facility to credit their Pcounter account in real-time via cash or credit card. An internal receipt printer is a standard feature in all kiosk models with authentication via touch-screen login + password or ID card.

Monitor Autoloader
The Monitor Autoloader provides users with the ability to login to their Pcounter account and deposit cash to top up their print credit balance. Full keyboard for user name/password authentication. Self-service association of ID card to network login. Customisable receipt printer option.
E-PAYMENTS: Pcounter Web Pay – hosted, managed ASP solution
Pcounter Web Pay is an internet-based, secure, hosted ASP accounting solution enabling purchase of Pcounter print credit by credit or debit card from any web browser on a 24/7 basis. Fully customised to customer specifications, Pcounter Web Pay allows secure payments to be made from any Internet connected PC to a valid user account on the target network system.

BROWSER-BASED ACCOUNT DEPOSIT FACILITY FOR NON-IT STAFF
Pcounter Web Cashier (PWC) is an add-on module allowing Pcounter user accounts to be managed by non-IT staff without administrator rights being required. Authorised users can deposit credit to user accounts and print receipts without having Pcounter installed on their workstations.
