Pcounter provides extensive reporting options by user, printer, groups, cost-centre/client-code and account deposits. Reports are available to show total print volumes (pages & jobs) and costs; cross-referenced by user, group, printer/queue, client-codes and paper size. By printer, the breakdown can be down to hourly page or job count - this is particularly helpful in determining which devices are being used in the most effective way - which are being over-utilised and which are being under-utilised.

Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, output as text, HTML or sent by email. The Pcounter log file is held in standard comma delimited format and can be used in a variety of other database and spreadsheet reporting mechanisms.

Print Reporting

Pcounter Web Report (PWR) - graphical, browser-based scheduled reporting

Pcounter Web Report (PWR) provides enhanced, browser-based, graphical reporting options for Pcounter users. PWR works seamlessly alongside the core Pcounter software and uses the raw Pcounter logs in its own SQL database providing detailed, sophisticated analysis via a browser interface. End users can be given access to their own reports - including print history analysis - ideal for self-service in student environments.

Reports can also be scheduled to be generated automatically and emailed to designated recipients.

XPR Reports - enhanced reporting options for Pcounter users

XPR Reports provides enhanced reporting and analysis. Pcounter's logged data is imported into its own database for selective analysis and reporting of print and copy transactions and cash reconciliation for deposit transactions via value loaders, allowing non-IT staff to run reports.
