Pcounter Administration Tools

Making the administration of Pounter easy

The core Pcounter solution has two main administrator tools – Pcontrol and Pcounter Administrator which provide management and configuration of printers and users respectively.

Tools are available to display users’ balances in real time on their PCs via the task bar or via a browser.

The Pcounter Web Client allows cross-platform print job billing, authorisation and authentication all from within a web browser.

Pcounter Web Cashier (PWC) is an optional add-on module allowing Pcounter user accounts to be managed by non-IT staff -  no administrator rights are required. Users are able to manage Pcounter user accounts, print receipts and view a detailed history of all transactions.
