Can I change
broadband or ISP supplier while I'm using Email Systems?-
Yes. But before changing, please check that your new provider
will allow you to have your DNS MX records pointing to our
service.
Also, please arrange for the change-over to take place during
normal hours and let us know when this is happening, so that we
can check that Email Systems has picked up your new DNS mail
server address so that emails keep flowing.
For outgoing, you will also need to contact us to arrange for
your new Trusted IP address to be added.

I am still
receiving Spam, shouldn't the Email Systems Management service stop them?-
If your DNS MX records have been changed to point at our
system, then we should be filtering your emails. There are two
possible causes why you might still receive Spam:
1. Please check that any emails received have come thru our
system; you can tell this by checking that the email signatures
are on them. If they aren't, this could be due to DNS caches
still having your old MX reords; if this is within the first
24-48 hours of the change. Or it maybe that your mailserver is
being targetted directly, in which case check that your firewall
/ SMTP server is locked-down to only allow port 25 traffic from
our servers.
2. To reduce false positives to a minimum, we can only stop
~98% of Spam; so if you are receiving 1000's of Spam, a few may
come thru to your system. Have a look on the web panel, go to
Stats & see how many emails have been received & how
many Spam we have stopped.
