Technical Support is available via email during maintenance and software evaluation periods, as per Altman Technologies terms and conditions.  Telephone support is not guaranteed to be available on demand, however we endeavour to respond to support requests and messages within one working day of receipt.

If you wish to request enhancements or cannot find a product that does exactly what you need, please email to solutions@altman.co.uk with a detailed description of your requirements and we will investigate further.

Logging a support call

Before requesting support please ensure you have read the necessary documentation. Please note: If you are not running the latest release of the software, you may be asked to update to the latest release before further investigation can take place.

If you are evaluating, the downloaded zip files include a Quick Start or Installation Guide. Please consult these documents to double check that installation has been performed correctly.
